Minijatura nemrtvog kostura
The skeleton is the cheapest question a GM can put on the table.
It has no flesh, no face and no motive, so everything the players decide about it comes from the room it is standing in — and that is the whole trick. A skeleton in a tomb is scenery. A skeleton in a kitchen is a campaign. Nothing else in a collection lets you ask that question for so little effort.
It is also, still, the first miniature most people ever paint.
Bone is not white — build it from warm browns and creams, let the recesses go genuinely dark, and keep any remaining equipment far more decayed than the bone itself.
