Paint Finish Unpainted Tabletop Ready Heroic Tabletop Display Finish

Made to order — prepared before dispatch

Two mounted elf sculpts, rider and beast cast as one scene, for a cavalry moment that does not need a whole unit to land. Printed to order in Croatia and supplied unpainted.

Why this piece matters

Give the encounter something to react to.

A miniature enemy changes the energy of a fight. Players read the pose, judge the danger, and instantly understand that the room has become a problem.

Useful for DMs building clearer combat encounters
Adds tension, scale, and personality to the table
Also works as a focused paint-night project

If this product is listed as unpainted, it is also a quiet paint-desk project: prime it, choose the mood, and make it yours.

Elf Rider Miniature is a high-quality 3D printed fantasy miniature from Vault of Delights, made for tabletop campaigns, painting projects, and display.

Printed miniature, made for the table

This is a physical resin print from Vault of Delights, made for D&D, Pathfinder, tabletop RPGs, fantasy wargaming, display painting, and collector shelves. It ships from Croatia and can now ship to the EU, the US, and selected international destinations.

Finish, painting queue, and timing

Unpainted: printed and prepared for your own hobby project. This is usually the fastest option.
Tabletop Ready: clean colors, readable details, and shading for play. Allow about 1 extra week when the painting queue is active.
Heroic Tabletop: stronger highlights, accents, and character focus. Allow about 2 extra weeks.
Display Finish: centrepiece work for bosses, gifts, and shelves. Allow about 3 extra weeks.

Painting is hand-finished work, so timing depends on the current queue. If you need a figure for a fixed date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is realistic.

Scale, resizing, and custom requests

Standard sizing follows the listed product measurements where available. If you choose a custom scale, we review it before printing. Larger scales can require extra resin and time; smaller scales can still need setup and support work.

Shipping from Croatia - US shipping available

Standard international shipping uses Croatian Post where available. US buyers can order again; customs, import duties, taxes, carrier handling, or local fees may apply depending on destination rules and are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. For safer or faster delivery, contact us before or after ordering and we can quote an insured courier upgrade at cost.

The story

Elf Rider Miniature

Elven cavalry is rare because the horses have to consent and elves refuse to shortcut that.

The relationship takes years to establish and cannot be transferred, which means an elven rider and mount are a single unit for as long as the animal lives and the rider is then on foot for a decade while the next one grows up. Every other cavalry tradition regards this as absurd. Elven riders regard every other cavalry tradition as owning livestock.

The results speak for themselves and the argument has never been settled.

Two subjects, equal billing — paint the horse with the same care as the rider, keep the tack minimal, and let the pair share one colour so they read as one thing.
