Agama Chameleons Fantasy Miniatures is a high-detail resin miniature by Archvillain Games, printed to order and supplied unpainted. Choose Pose 1–4 or the Full Set.

Designed for 28–32 mm fantasy tabletop collections. Ideal for D&D, fantasy tabletop RPG encounters, skirmish games, fantasy wargaming, display painting, and campaign villains.

Multi-part miniatures may require assembly. This is a physical resin product—not an STL download. Made and shipped from Croatia.

Collection: Old World Agama Rising

Printed miniature, made for the table

This is a physical resin print from Vault of Delights, made for D&D, Pathfinder, tabletop RPGs, fantasy wargaming, display painting, and collector shelves. It ships from Croatia and can now ship to the EU, the US, and selected international destinations.

Finish, painting queue, and timing

Unpainted: printed and prepared for your own hobby project. This is usually the fastest option.
Tabletop Ready: clean colors, readable details, and shading for play. Allow about 1 extra week when the painting queue is active.
Heroic Tabletop: stronger highlights, accents, and character focus. Allow about 2 extra weeks.
Display Finish: centrepiece work for bosses, gifts, and shelves. Allow about 3 extra weeks.

Painting is hand-finished work, so timing depends on the current queue. If you need a figure for a fixed date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is realistic.

Scale, resizing, and custom requests

Standard sizing follows the listed product measurements where available. If you choose a custom scale, we review it before printing. Larger scales can require extra resin and time; smaller scales can still need setup and support work.

Shipping from Croatia - US shipping available

Standard international shipping uses Croatian Post where available. US buyers can order again; customs, import duties, taxes, carrier handling, or local fees may apply depending on destination rules and are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. For safer or faster delivery, contact us before or after ordering and we can quote an insured courier upgrade at cost.

A physical miniature. Choose your preferred finish and check the listing for scale and production details.

The story

Agama Chameleons Fantasy Miniatures

Every Old World army has a story about the Chameleons, and none of the stories agree, which is roughly what the Chameleons are for.

They are scouts by trade and saboteurs by preference. Agama skin does most of the work, but the training is the real thing — a Chameleon is taught to hold a position for two days, to sleep in shifts of forty minutes, and to leave a camp looking exactly as unvisited as it did before. The clans use them to answer questions. Occasionally they use them to make sure a question is never asked.

The famous ones are all dead. The good ones were never named.

A rewarding paint for anyone who likes glazing: build the scheme so the figures shift from the colour of stone at the base to the colour of leaf at the shoulders, and resist putting a single bright accent anywhere on them.
