Processing times

Made-to-order miniatures are printed and prepared before dispatch. Painted finishes also need time in our painting queue. Production time is separate from delivery time. Where a product has no confirmed dispatch window, please contact us before ordering for a date-sensitive project.

For preorder items, estimated release dates and dispatch windows are provided by the manufacturer or distributor and may change without notice.

If an order contains products with different release dates, the entire order will be shipped together on the date the latest-release product becomes available for dispatch. Such orders will not be split into separate shipments unless otherwise agreed with the customer.

Digital products are delivered after payment confirmation. If a product includes separate access instructions or an external download link, those details are provided with the order delivery information.

Some miniatures and fragile printed items may ship unassembled for safer delivery.

Shipping origin and methods

Orders ship from Croatia. Shipping timelines shown at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates (tracked, Croatian Post): Croatia from €4 (BOX NOW parcel locker) or €10 to your door. Small orders up to 100 g (for example a few miniatures) ship as a tracked letter for €7.90 to any country outside the US. Parcels up to 1 kg: €11.90 to Austria, Germany, Italy, Slovenia, Hungary, Czechia, Slovakia, Poland, France, Belgium, the Netherlands and Denmark; €13.90 to the rest of the EU; €15.90 to the UK, Switzerland, Norway and the Balkans; €17.90 to the rest of the world. Heavier orders are priced by weight at checkout, where you always see the exact cost before paying. Express shipping is available as an option.

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Customs, duties, and delays

International buyers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, customs clearance fees, or other government-imposed charges that apply in the destination country. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices unless explicitly stated.

United States orders (duties prepaid): We ship to the US "Delivered Duty Paid". Before your parcel leaves Croatia we pay the US import duty and customs clearance fee for you through Zonos, the official prepayment partner of Croatian Post. You pay nothing to the carrier on delivery. To cover the duty, prices shown to US visitors include it (about 16% above our EU prices), and US shipping is a flat tracked rate by weight: €25.90 up to 1 kg, €29.90 up to 2 kg, €39.90 up to 5 kg and €65.90 up to 10 kg (shown in USD at checkout). If a carrier ever asks you for import charges on a US order, do not pay: contact hello@viultofdelights.com and we will sort it out.

Refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or import charges does not constitute grounds for cancelling an order or receiving a full refund after the order has been dispatched or committed for procurement.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, postal services, couriers, weather, or other events outside our control.

Tracking and delivery issues

Tracking information is provided when available. If your order appears delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact hello@amygdalastudio.hr with your order number so we can help investigate.

Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier, delivery times are outside our control. We will assist customers in opening investigations with the carrier where appropriate.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before checkout. If you need an address change, contact us within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has entered production or dispatch, changes may no longer be possible.

Orders returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges before they are reshipped.
