Why this piece matters

Every party feels better with a companion.

Companions add warmth to the table. They make characters feel lived-in, give players something personal to point at, and turn small moments into memorable ones.

Great for familiars, pets, mounts, and story NPCs
Adds personality to character scenes and travel moments
A fun, calmer painting project between larger models

If this product is listed as unpainted, it is also a quiet paint-desk project: prime it, choose the mood, and make it yours.

Animal Companion Miniature is a high-quality 3D printed fantasy miniature from Vault of Delights, made for tabletop campaigns, painting projects, and display.

Printed miniature, made for the table

This is a physical resin print from Vault of Delights, made for D&D, Pathfinder, tabletop RPGs, fantasy wargaming, display painting, and collector shelves. It ships from Croatia and can now ship to the EU, the US, and selected international destinations.

Finish, painting queue, and timing

Unpainted: printed and prepared for your own hobby project. This is usually the fastest option.
Tabletop Ready: clean colors, readable details, and shading for play. Allow about 1 extra week when the painting queue is active.
Heroic Tabletop: stronger highlights, accents, and character focus. Allow about 2 extra weeks.
Display Finish: centrepiece work for bosses, gifts, and shelves. Allow about 3 extra weeks.

Painting is hand-finished work, so timing depends on the current queue. If you need a figure for a fixed date, contact us before ordering and we will confirm what is realistic.

Scale, resizing, and custom requests

Standard sizing follows the listed product measurements where available. If you choose a custom scale, we review it before printing. Larger scales can require extra resin and time; smaller scales can still need setup and support work.

Shipping from Croatia - US shipping available

Standard international shipping uses Croatian Post where available. US buyers can order again; customs, import duties, taxes, carrier handling, or local fees may apply depending on destination rules and are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. For safer or faster delivery, contact us before or after ordering and we can quote an insured courier upgrade at cost.

The story

Nordic Wolf Companion Miniature — Northmen Vikings

The wolf chose the ship, not the person, and the crew have made their peace with that.

It came aboard in a northern harbour, settled itself near the mast, and has sailed with them for four seasons without ever attaching to a single member of the crew. It eats with everyone. It fights with everyone. When they put in somewhere it goes ashore alone and comes back before they cast off, which it has never once failed to do.

The crew consider this an arrangement. They would not describe themselves as its owners.

Northern coat in northern weather — build the fur in directional layers, keep the palette cold, and put damp and salt into the base.
