Shipping, US orders, and courier upgrades
Vault of Delights ships from Ulica Matije Gupca 10D, Krizevci, Croatia. Standard shipping is practical and affordable; courier upgrades are available when an order needs a faster or more protected route.
Standard shipping
Most physical parcels ship with Hrvatska posta / Croatian Post when that route supports the destination, parcel size, and value. This is the default economical option for Croatia, the EU, the United States, and selected international destinations.
Courier upgrade
If you want a faster, more trackable, or more insured shipment, contact us before or right after ordering. We can quote DPD where available, or another realistic courier option such as DHL, GLS, or UPS, at the actual postage cost.
US customers
US shipping is available again for physical goods. Orders ship from Croatia and may require customs handling. Croatian Post currently requires duties and taxes for US-bound goods to be prepaid through ZONOS before the parcel is handed over. From 24 July 2026, this postal duty-prepayment handling applies to goods shipments up to 2,500 USD.
Import duties, taxes, carrier handling, customs fees, or local charges may apply depending on destination rules and are the buyer's responsibility unless checkout explicitly says otherwise. If a parcel needs special export handling, we will contact you before shipping.
Preorders and combined shipments
Preorders ship after the official release date plus our receiving and packing buffer. If an order contains multiple preorder items, we normally ship when the latest item is ready so the parcel can travel together. If you need separate shipments, contact us and we will quote the extra postage.
Miniatures and painted figures
Unpainted prints are usually the fastest physical option. Painted figures enter a hand-painting queue: Tabletop Ready is usually about 1 extra week, Heroic Tabletop about 2 extra weeks, and Display Finish about 3 extra weeks before shipping. Large figures, custom scale requests, and busy periods can add time.
Local pickup
Local customers can pick up from the Vault of Delights shop in Krizevci when the order is ready. If you are nearby and want advice on TCGs, D&D, miniatures, painting, or accessories, the shop is the best place to ask.
Need a specific deadline? Message us before ordering. We would rather give you a realistic answer than promise a delivery date the courier road cannot honor.
